Our selection of Red Oak, Select & Better Grade, Unfinished Engineered Hardwood Flooring is offered in 1′ to 10′ random lengths. This provides you with a nice long length average board of 5′ to 5 1/2′. The 3/4″ thickness of these unfinished engineered floors have a 4-6mm wear layer which can be sanded at least 3 or 4 times. The core features a 9-ply Baltic Birch for maximum stability and strength. The flooring will have a four-sided tongue and groove for simplicity of installation. Recommended waste factor for this grade is between 8%-10%.
Red Oak Select & Better Grade Wood Flooring contains extremely slight variations in color created by the minor differentiating contrasts of heartwood and sapwood. Our Select and Better is processed to NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) Rules allowing exceptionally negligible character marks (less than 3%) yet is known to be extremely predictable in overall color and grain variety throughout the entire wood flooring giving a spotless appearance.
